Elovian Community Supports was founded on a simple idea: people deserve support workers who actually know them, not a rotating roster of strangers reading from a file. We're a locally focused NDIS provider based in New Farm, QLD, currently accepting new participants, and we've deliberately kept our participant numbers small so every person we work with gets real time and attention from our team.
That means fewer participants per support worker, more consistency in who shows up, and a plan that actually adapts as your goals change, not one that gets set once and forgotten.
