Who We Are

A support team that listens before it plans.

We’re intentionally building Elovian with smaller participant numbers, allowing our team to provide responsive, consistent and genuinely personalised support. That means the same familiar faces, real availability, and support that adapts as your goals change.

  • Person-led support, shaped around your goals — not a fixed program.
  • Consistent support workers, so you’re never explaining your needs from scratch.
  • Clear service agreements and transparent invoicing, with no unexpected charges.

Why Elovian

What makes Elovian different

A locally focused provider with capacity for new participants, here’s exactly what that means for you.

Small caseloads by design

Because we keep our caseloads small by design, every participant gets real attention from our team, not a rotating roster spread thin.

Transparent from the first invoice

Clear plan budgets, explained in plain English, with nothing hidden, ever.

Person-led, not program-led

Your support is shaped around your goals from the very first conversation, not fitted into a pre-set package.

We work with plan-managed, self-managed and NDIA-managed participants. Get in touch with your plan details and we’ll confirm what’s possible before anything is locked in.

How quickly can support start?

Most participants begin support within 1–2 weeks of their first consultation, depending on the type of support and worker availability in your area.

Can I choose or change my support worker?

Yes. We match you based on your goals and preferences, and you can request a change at any time if it isn’t the right fit.

Do you provide support outside business hours?

Yes, we offer after-hours and weekend support for participants who need it, including 24/7 in-home support for SIL arrangements.

I’m a support coordinator — how do I make a referral?
