What Is The NDIS?
A national scheme that funds disability support.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to eligible Australians with disability so they can access the supports they need to live more independently and take part in everyday life.
Each participant has an individual plan built around their own goals, with funding allocated across different support categories. Elovian works within these categories to deliver the day-to-day support outlined on our Services page.

How NDIS funding is structured
Core Supports
The most flexible category, covering everyday support like personal care, household tasks, transport and community access.
Capacity Building
Funding to help you build skills and independence over time, such as daily living skills or social and community participation.
Capital Supports
Funding for higher-cost items such as assistive technology or home modifications (Elovian does not provide these directly).
Plan Management
However your plan is managed, we can help
Self-Managed
You manage your own funding and pay providers directly. We'll provide clear invoices for your records.
Plan-Managed
A plan manager handles payments on your behalf. We invoice your plan manager directly.
NDIA-Managed
The NDIA manages your funding and pays registered providers directly through the myplace portal.
